Zack Snyder reveals Jason Momoa as Aquaman in Batman v Superman

Scheduled to premiere across movie houses on March 25, 2016, Zack Snyder has finally lifted the curtains on who plays the Aquaman in upcoming DC comics movie Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

Snyder, the director of the film released a photo of the superhero character on Twitter, and it turns out to be Jason Momoa, who is the underwater Atlantean king Aquaman. Momoa has played the celebrated role of Khal Drogo in the Dothraki HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones, and he appears to be the best pick for this latest role.

In the recently-released image, 35-year-old Momoa has a tribal body tattoo that looks to have been inspired by some Maori affiliation, and he features a stylized long beard and hair that is characteristic of his old Dothraki character in Games of Thrones, while wearing pieces of body armor that looks not only fearsome of his character, but also romantic in some aspect.

With his well-sculptured body and impressive physique accentuated by a kohl-rimmed eyes, Momoa the Aquaman will be the quality swimmer and fish-whispering hero he is cast to be.

To be released by Warner Bros., the company is already using social media to market the film and generate tons of global interest that is already turning the social media frenzy into a power that could earn this movie all the money in the bank.

Batman v Superman is also driving people crazy with the character of Momoa who has been the subjects of several jokes in the past, but it is doubtful if anyone would dare make jest of Momoa again after watching this film in less than a year to today.
