The makers of the much awaited Shah Rukh Khan and Abhishek Bachchan’s starrer film “Happy New Year” have decided to launch the trailer on the popular mobile messaging application WhatsApp.
The production house of the film, Red Chillies Entertainment Pvt Ltd is known for its digital and marketing innovations and this time they have come up with a unique way to promote the film.
For the first time, the audience will get to see the trailer of the film by giving a missed call or drop in a WhatsApp message at 919819020202 to get the trailer of “Happy New Year” on your mobile.
Especially for this campaign, the restriction by WhatsApp to broadcast message has been removed by the popular mobile messaging company.
The film, which is directed by Farah Khan stars Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood, Boman Irani and Vivan Shah.
It is expected to be launched on the 14th of August. What more can the film buffs ask for! They will especially get to see the trailer of the film on their phone.
Happy New year is an entertaining, fun-frolic, colorful, flamboyant and action-packed musical film. The film will be distributed by Yash Raj films worldwide.
The Bollywood film, which is produced by Shah Rukh Khan’s company Red Chillies Entertainment Pvt Ltd, will be released in three different languages – Hindi, Tamil and Telegu.
The audiences will have to wait till Diwali for the film to be released in the cinema halls across the world.
