OnePlus One to be available every Tuesday without any invite

OnePlus One is a very famous Android smartphone, and the reason behind its fame is that a person can only buy it if he receives an invite from someone who is already using the smartphone. But it seems OnePlus is planning to change that rule because of the increase in the demand of the smartphone. OnePlus officially announced that their flagship smartphone will be available every Tuesday, and anyone can purchase it. Meaning you don’t have to wait for an invite to buy a OnePlus One.

Starting this Tuesday, 8 AM London time (Midnight in LA and 4 PM in Hong Kong), OnePlus One will be available for 24 hours for everyone. OnePlus makes it clear that their invite system is still legitimate and for the remaining 6 days, it will work. And people who will buy the OnePlus One on Tuesday, will also get an invite to share with their friends or family.

Also OnePlus is bringing this offer to India as well. From tomorrow, the OnePlus One will be available on Amazon.in starting 10 AM. This is just a one time thing and the smartphone will be available in a limited quantity, it is not invite-based but it is still first come, first served service.

The smartphone will be available in both 16GB Silk White and 64GB Sandstone Black version, with a price tag of $300 and $350 respectively. It comes with a  5.50-inch 1080p display, a 2.5GHz processor, 3GB RAM, 13-megapixel rear camera and 3100 mAh battery. With such a price, this smartphone is definitely a ‘flagship killer’ because it is such a threat for smartphones like HTC One M8 and Samsung Galaxy S5. Their prices are relatively double yet the features offered by OnePlus One and other Android smartphones are almost alike.
