Betty White ‘dyes’ and is not dead

A confusion on homonyms had declared the famous American actress, Betty White dead at her Los Angeles residence. A satirical news website, ‘Empire News’ had quoted the same in one of their articles which caused widespread confusion across the globe. Many of her fans were heart broken and depressed.

Only after proper confirmations and a particular press release by her long time agent was it clear that the actress is shooting ‘Hot in Cleveland’ right now.

So much was the intensity of the news that the Los Angeles Times tried to reach out to her agent in order to confirm the news and were told that she continued existence much before the Great Depression of 1922 and shows no sign of leaving the world this soon.

The 92 year old actress, best known for her roles on TVs ‘The Mary Tyler Moore Show’, ‘The Golden Girls’ and ‘Hot in Cleveland’ has garnered so many fan over the years that it is not funny.

Later it was revealed that the Empire News had published the news as a spoof which most of the people on the internet took seriously only to make things fishy for the actress herself.

The crisis was averted soon enough by the news website but Betty White is possibly the first lady to see how the world would react had she been actually dead.

That’s something to see. With celebs and fans taking to the micro blogging website there were some tweets already shared and some comments already made before the world could know that the news was a hoax.

Hail and hearty Betty is in good health and is also giving her best to win people’s hearts over and over again with every show she does.
