Anne Hathaway is pregnant. Very pregnant. The evidence is clear on an Instagram picture of the Oscar winner in a bikini, shared by Hathaway herself after she realized another person was taking her picture. She posted that if her image was “going to be out in the world” it should at least be one that makes her happy.
The image shows Hathaway at the beach, looking happy and healthy. The 33-year-old actress had been mum about pregnancy reports and baby bump photos until recently. She admitted that a bikini picture is a bit out of character for her, but wanted to trump the paparazzi.
E! News reported in late November that Hathaway and her husband, Adam Shulman, were expecting their first child. At that time she was already in her second trimester, and reportedly feeling great.
Rumors that a baby was coming started circulating in September after Hathaway appeared to have a fuller figure at the London premiere of her new film, The Intern. In January 2014 she had told E! News that she was looking forward to having children and anticipated “loving my children quite fiercely.”
