Apple iOS 8.2 update now available for iPhones with Apple Watch support

Apple is the leader in the smartphone market and known for introducing things in a different and innovative way to the market. It keeps coming up with something new each and every time to make all the users as well rivals tempted to feel the preeminence. iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus proved to be a great success and broke the all-time record of sales recently, but it was not enough for Apple. Soon after the iPhones, it came up with the announcement of Apple Watch, which has already set the market on fire.

Now, the company has launched a new update in its iOS for the users. As per the reports, the smartphone giant has introduced Apple Watch application in the new update.

Insights On The Matter:

The screenshots of this new update were first shared by the prominent iOS developer Hamza Sood. The newest update has given a better idea of how the Apple Watch app will look like and what all features will it carry. It also shows a separate menu that can be used to change the layout of the app, adjust notification setting, brightness and many more features.

From the very first look, it seems that all the settings of Apple Watch are more or less similar to what users experience in iPhone. The menu has options to change Watch’s orientation, region, language, and settings related to the Apple ID. Users can now enable the wrist detection in their watch.

Apart from this, they can also start Handoff, which will lock the watch automatically when it’s not in use. Not only will it enhance the usability, but also protect the information of users in case of theft.

The Apple Watch will be made available across the globe from April 24. Users can pre-order it on or after April 10, 2015.
