The much awaited big day finally arrived, and Arpita Khan, Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan’s sister tied the knot with boyfriend Aayush Sharma in Hyderabad on Tuesday.
The wedding celebrations were held the Taj Falaknuma Hotel, Hyderabad, and the function was blessed with the presence of some eminent names in the Indian Film Industry.
The Salman Khan family was eagerly waiting for this special day, as this is the first family wedding which is being happening in their house after 16 long years.
Salman Khan has done his best to make the event special in all means.
The wedding avenue was booked for a whooping tariff of 2 crore INR per day, and the family has booked it for five days.
Many top stars in Bollywood which includes, Shah Rukh Khan, Anil Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan, Paresh Rawal, Arbaaz Khan attended the event. As per reports, some of the big names in Tollywood also attended the wedding function.
Tight security blanket was thrown around the hotel. Police and the actor’s personal security group did their best to make the event a private function, and this has hindered us to inform more about the presence of stars in the event.
Actor Ranbir Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh were not invited for the wedding. But Ranbir’s sister Riddhima Kapoor-Sahni, who stay’s in New Delhi was invited.
Earlier, Salman Khan had invited the honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the event. Modi’s presence will not be there today as he is now in Australia for the G 20 summit.

The wedding rituals will be conducted in Punjabi Hindu tradition. The wedding will be officially concluded by tomorrow afternoon after the farewell lunch.
