The track list of Tamil action thriller “Kaththi” starring Vijay has finally been released on September 18, 2014 with thousands of fans awaiting the entire album.
“Kaththi” has five songs with two theme songs in the album and include some prominent singers who have gone behind the mike.

While there is K.J.Yesudas, there is also Hip Hop Tamizha, Shankar Mahadevan, and Sunidhi Chauhan in the album for multiple songs.
A song named ‘Let’s Take a Selfie Pulla’ has been sung by none other than Ilayathalapathi Vijay and is expected to be a runway hit.
The songs of “Kaththi” has been produced and composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
For the first song ‘Pakkam Vanthu’, Anirudh Ravichander and Hiphop Tamizha have sung the lyrics, while the ‘Paalam’ track has been crooned by Shankar Mahadevan and Shweta Mohan. The “Selfie Pulla” song will see Vijay teaming with Sunidhi Chauhan.
“Kaththi” songs are already available online on iTunes for buying.
The entire cast of the movie was at Leela Palace, Chennai on September 18, but the track list was released earlier in the day.
Directed by A.R.Murugadoss, “Kaththi” is among the important Tamil releases of the year. Apart from Vijay who dons a double role for the first time, there is Samantha Ruth Prabhu who plays his love interest. Bollywood star Neil Nitin Mukesh plays the antagonist in the action thriller.
Releasing on the eve of Indian Festival Diwali, “Kaththi” marks the return of Vijay and Murugadoss for the second time after “Thuppakki”, which did exceptionally well at the box office.
