Young Tamil and Kannada film actress Shruthi Chandralekha was arrested on September 5, 2014 in Bangalore by Police on charges of killing her husband eight months back in Maduravoyal.
The 22-year old Shruthi, who acted in many films down south, was arrested for killing S Ronald Peter Prinzo, her 35-year old husband.
A report on Times of India suggested that there were two more accomplices to the crime, while five others helped in burying the body.
Reports suggested that Prinzo was going through multiple losses in business and had made his mind to make porn movies.
He was pressurizing his actress wife to act in those movies.
Shruthi said that she was asked to act and engage in group sex porn films, which she refused. This is being seen as the reason behind the plotting of Prinzo’s murder.

His business partners, Umachandran and Prinson, have helped her in the crime.
It is being alleged that Shruthi had poisoned the food of Prinzo, and later on, the duo Umachandran and Prinson, strangled her husband to death. Umachandran and Prinson are known to have enmities with her husband for business matters.
They allegedly took the body to Asirvatha Nagar in Palayamkottai in a car and buried the body there. The police was since in search for her and arrested the actress from her hideout in Bangalore.
The actress supposedly has admitted to her crime of murdering Ronald Peter Prinzo, who is resident of Tirunelveli. It is also reported that the entire gang shared over 75 lakh and valuables among them after the murder.
A few of the other accused of the crime are on run.
